The day before I flew to NYC to find an apartment, I put up my Mohawk, grabbed a bunch of Montana spray paint, and rushed downtown to paint this piece. There was a whole film crew, several cameras, and not a whole lot of time to work. Pieces of this time lapse was used in Kovas’ Ice Cream music video but I had always wanted to release print of this. I had to wait for the music video to get released (watch it here) and tomorrow is the day that I can finally release the print. The full time lapse video is above.
Static Medium, who has printed the last few giclee prints I’ve released, took a photo of the finished painting and printed the image on super nice paper. I’m super happy with it. It measures 24x18” and comes in a clear archival plastic sleeve. It’s a signed and numbered edition of 50, and available here.

Be Street, the super awesome art/music/fashion mag from Paris, is having their first big event: Be Street Weeknd. L'Amour Supreme and I have worked on a few special things for it, like these drawings for 2 exclusive silkscreen prints that will be printed live at the event. We'll also be doing some live painting. And I'll have a Buff Monster booth stocked with all sorts of rad product, like these brand new tote bags... See you this weekend in Paris!

Designer Con returns to the Pasadena convention center this Saturday and I have a whole bunch of releases. I’ve been so busy painting toys that I haven’t nailed down signing times. Follow me on twitter for my schedule…

Designer Con 2012 will be on Saturday November 3rd, 2012. Doors open at 9 am and the show ends at 6 pm. Admission is $5 online, $7 at the door and children 12 and under get in for free. Entry will also be free after 3pm

Happy Cream Minis
I painted 10 mini ice cream figures, each like a different ice cream flavor. Each set comes on an oversized backer board (signed and numbered out of 20) with a different blister pack for each toy. Really stoked on these. I’ve never had such a wall-friendly to display my toys before. Available at the Sidekick Labs booth (#118) for $150 each.





The Super Suck Up Figure
As mentioned before, I customized 50 Sucklord toys. George Gaspar from October Toys sculpted and cast this awesome ice cream head. I painted the heads and the bodies for these, and Sucklord designed the backer board that they come packaged on. I’m 1 of about 15 artists that customized figures for this project. See tons of production photos here. Available at the DKE booth (#124) for $100 each.

Mishka Bootlegs
My good buddy Lamour Supreme designed and sculpted this crazy figure for our friends at Mishka. I totally love this figure, and painted a few for New York Comic Con recently. Now, this time around, I painted a run of 5, and created a brand new header card for the figure. Available at the Mishka booth (#507) for $350 each.

Will.I.Am teamed up with a little company called Coca-Cola for a big new initiative called Ekocycle to make a line of recycled products. I was asked to paint a big piece for the launch party last week. Very happy to be involved with the project!
